Christian Greetings,

Victory in Jesus! I am on the mend. Sometimes the Lord heals instantly and at other times it’s a progressive healing. I went from 243lbs to 150lbs in a few months, I was bed ridden for 2 months, weak and not able to walk much of a distance, when I went to the Cancer Center for doctor visits my wife Joanie had to push me in a wheel chair from the vehicle to the doctor’s office. With much prayer from you all, I was able to then use a walker for short walks, I am now walking on my own, driving anywhere I want short or long distance, preaching at church, and also some evangelistic outreaches on the road as the Lord opened the doors. I am on cancer treatments that slow down the aggressive prostate cancer that progressed to my bones because they caught it too late, I am in very little pain, Praise God!!! But it is your prayers that’s going to take me to the Finish Line and overcome this disease.

Psalm 103:3 “Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases.”

I have not asked the Lord, Why? That’s not important to me, what is important is being faithful in the midst of this battle. My PSA went from 4,000 to 69 to 9 and at the last doctor’s visit it was a normal at 1.8. My weight is at 183lbs, that’s what I weighed when I was in Bible College and a little younger, Praise God!!! I am believing that He will finish the work He started in me.

Philippians 1:6 “Being confident of this very thing, that He which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ.”

There is much work to be done here in Red Lake and surrounding communities, you are part of what the Lord is doing here at Chief Cornerstone Church and Maynard LaVallie Ministries.

Lives are being touched and changed for the glory of God. There are many challenges, many battle fronts, but we are there to stay and claim victory in His precious name. I am on the move again, looking to the Author and finisher of my faith.

Hebrews 12:2 “Looking unto Jesus the Author and finisher of our faith; Who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.”
